We are a prestigious CPA firm that has existed well over 60 years in the Greater Hazleton Area. The firm was established as Milton Lloyd, CPA, and evolved into Lloyd & Associates, LLC when long-time employees, Edward R. Jacobs, CPA and Mary Sharon Osadchy-Yenchko, CPA acquired the practice to facilitate the continuation of the firm, well into the future. We specialize in closely held family businesses and offer tax and consulting services for individuals, businesses, and estates. In addition to offering consulting and advisory services we assist clients in implementing computer bookkeeping systems and modernizing office procedures.
