Graduated magna cum laude from Kutztown University in May of 1991, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; double major in accounting and marketing.

Upon graduation she taught accounting at Pennsylvania Business Institute. Although gratifying, it was not the career path she envisioned. In the spring of 1993, she accepted a position with K Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc., in Lehighton, PA , and would remain there for the next 14 ½ years. It was here that she learned about automotive accounting & gained a working knowledge of the day to day operations of a car dealership. As an accounting manager, she prepared & reviewed financial statements; prepared quarterly & year end payroll tax returns, and worked closely with the audit team to assure year end objectives were met.

She left this position in April of 2007 to work for Faulkner Chevrolet, Cadillac, Saab & Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem, PA. This was a much larger franchise & afforded her the opportunity to gain managerial experience. She developed & supervised the accounting staff, and provided support for these positions during peak times. She was involved directly in the budget preparation & presented the quarterly forecasting. In addition, she was also responsible for streamlining office processes & conducted annual performance appraisals for accounting personnel.
After 18 months at the dealership, she decided to make a career change & make the switch to public accounting. In January 2009 she joined the Lloyd & Associates team. Although, technically at that time it was still Milton Lloyd, CPA. She had long dreamed of attaining the CPA credential. Lloyd & Associates supported that dream and she passed her exam in November of 2011. At Lloyd & Associates she prepares income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C Corporations & S Corporations. She performs compilations & reviews of client financial statements. She also meets with clients to advise on accounting issues & software implementation.
